COLLECTION: From Evans Clarke 616 Torrens Road, Woodville North SA (Within 2 working days) BUYERS PREMIUM: A Flat Fee $300 Buyers Premium Applies to Each Vehicle Sold INSPECTIONS: Tuesday 9th March 2010 10am to 4pm VEHICLE CONDITIONS: With most vehicles a report is provided as a guide only. It is up to you to inspect and determine if vehicle is suitable for your needs. Reports will not state if any accident damage has occurred in the past. WARRANTY: No warranty is offered, vehicles are sold under auction conditions and no warranty applies. However, please note that some manufacturers offer a warranty for specified time (i.e.3 years or 100,000km) and this MAY be valid. Please check direct with the manufacturer. STARTING VEHCILES: You are able to start vehicles at the set inspection times but you can not test drive them. EXTENSION TIME AT CLOSE OF SALE: Please be aware that we have a ten minute bidding window/extension at close times if people are still bidding in the last 10 minutes of the online sale. If you can not be available to watch online at the end of the auction place an auto bid and the system will bid for you. RESERVE PRICES: Yes there are reserves but we do not disclose them. Do your research prior to bidding and you will end up buying a car at a great price. PAYMENT DUE IN THE 24 HOURS FROM AUCTION CLOSE TIME: Cash, Bank Cheque or Credit Card with 2% fee (Visa & Mastercard). Payment is to be made at our offices on or before Friday 12th March 2010.
