This 2002 Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot has been sourced from one of Australia’s newest cool climate wine regions – Wrattonbully. Richly flavoured with the mouth-watering fruit characters of black cherries, cassis and bitter sweet dark chocolate and well supported by a firm yet velvety tannin. It finishes long and lingering with a touch of spice. Partner with grilled quail.
