The Newman family has been making wine for over 3 generations since 1950s. The Cool Cat has always been the vineyards feature for the nature's rich sun-drenched South Eastern Australia vineyards.

Cabernet Sauvignon provides length and a subtle but persistent structure, while merlot lends a plush, plummy mid-palate to this classic red blend. A generous medium bodied wine with bright fruit, a juicy palate and soft approachable tannins.
