Winery Experience
Part Of The Landscape
The Winery Has Been Built Into The Hillside And Reflects The Natural Shape Of The Terrain. Without The Need For Pumps, We’re Able To Let Gravity Do A Lot Of The Work. This Saves Energy, And Treats The Fruit More Gently, Which Is Always Good News For The Wine We Make. It Also Means Our Winery Is A Naturally Cooler Space, With Less Need For Air Conditioning To Develop The Quality Of Our Wines.

In Harmony With Our Surroundings
Our Winery Has Been Designed To Be In Harmony With Our Beautiful Location. We’ve Chosen Locally Sourced Materials In The Construction - From The Stonework In The Walls, To The Concrete In Our Floors. The Wood You’ll See Inside - Our Tasting Bar, Our Restaurant Tables And The Detail Around The Building - Has All Been Selected From Our Estate.

State Of The Art Production
We’ve Been Able To Create A Facility That Features State-of-the-art Production Equipment. From Vine To Wine, We’re Fully In Control Of Every Stage Of The Process, Which Means You Can Be Sure That Every Bottle From Lambert Estate Has Our Signature Of Quality On It.
