The Hills Cider Company was launched in 2010 with the goal of producing Australia’s best real cider. Our passionate search for Australia’s highest quality fruit led us to our own backyard and its generations of apple and pear growers.

Award winning, with complete ‘land to hand’ control over every step of production, our ciders are crafted from 100% fresh apples and pears, with absolutely no added concentrate, flavours, sugars or water. 

We are passionate about supporting Australian farmers, communities and businesses. Our philosophy is simple - support Australian, drink Australian.

Hills Cider - Apple & Ginger

Combining crisp apple freshness with ginger, this cider shows flavours of apple and warming ginger spice on the nose and palate.

While this batch is past its labelled ‘best before’ The Hills Cider team have assessed the quality and flavour and have found it to be drinking fresh with well-integrated characters.
