IMPORTANT: Arrangements for decommissioning and removal of goods purchased must be confirmed with Evans Clarke National administration on behalf of the Vendor on admin@evansclarke.com.au or 83450099 with written confirmation from ECN before attendance at the site. Due to the extent of decommissioning and removal involved, coordination with the Vendor for site attendance by purchasers is required. The following requirements must be observed -:

Dates and times for pre-arranged access to the site are expected to be the week from Monday 16th August subject to the written confirmation of arrangements with the Vendor via ECN

Purchaser must adhere to the instructions from the Vendor on site.

Purchasers including any sub-contractors they may use must coordinate with the Vendor to ensure that only the items purchased are removed - particularly refrigeration equipment and fixtures and fittings that are co-located.

It is strictly the responsibility of the purchaser to disconnect, uplift and remove any item purchased.

Where appropriate, licensed contractors must be used.
