Summary

Our Heathcote Shiraz comes from vines situated on the ancient volcanic greenstone soil which gives this wine its unique structure.
This wine has a bright purple hue along with a vibrant, lifted aromatic profile of dark berries and some white pepper. 
The palate shows some black plumb flavours which are given a subtle liftfrom the French and American oak, resulting in a well balanced wine full of restrained power.
