2017 Dreaming Dog Cabernet Shiraz Merlot
This is a blend of 53% cabernet, 42% shiraz, 5% merlot. Lovely rich red-purple colour with fine perfumes on the nose. The wine is full and rich on the palate showing plenty of up- front fruit characters and fine tannins finishing with a good length and balance
2016 Chapman Grove Estate Cabernet Merlot
This is a 60-40 blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The wine is elegant and refined showing a clear red-purple colour; a fresh, bright and breezy wine, with red fruits to the fore and balanced tannins to hold the structure together.
