·       Sale is GST Exclusive and GST does not Apply

·       Sale will have No Buyers Premium applied to the sale price

·       Submission must clearly state the Lot number and a copy of the Evans & Clarke item description

Please forward a response to register your interest in the response box, or by email link you will be sent an acknowledgement and Response Form to complete to provide details of the offeror including name. ABN, etc and submit your offer which must be made by the closing date.

This expression of interest does not constitute a binding offer 

• Arising from close of the EOI, resulting preferred offeror/s will be contacted for submission of their final offer All prices subject to market fluctuations and final agreement referenced to the LME benchmark price at the time of that final offer. 

• Neither the highest nor any offer necessarily accepted, however offers for the full listing shall be preferred, subject to price 

• Seller reserves the right to withdraw from sale at any time prior to contract execution 

• Seller makes no representations beyond those documented herein
