Hills Cider was founded in 2010 with the goal of producing Australia’s best ciders. With a focus on high quality, sustainable production, our ciders are crafted from hand-picked apples and pears. With full control from fruit selection through to cider making, we aim to create Australian ciders that are crisp, pure, and delicious.

About our Pear Cider
A fresh and fruit-driven cider that proudly supports Australian farmers by using 100% fresh, whole Australian pears. With complete ‘land to hand’ control over every step of production, our ciders are handcrafted from 100% fresh Australian fruit, with absolutely no added concentrate or flavours.
Tasting Notes
Pale straw with a green tinge. Upfront ripe pear with elements of spice and vanilla. A luscious round mouthfeel shows ripe pear fruit characters, with hints of cinnamon, vanilla, and crystallised ginger. Well balanced with a long finish showing delicate drying tannins.
