 Overall dimensions 60' long, x 25' Wide x 10' High Approx. with a 10 foot Veranda at each end of building (total length of building shed Under the main roof is 80' foot long X 33 foot Wide Approx. (All Componentry In Unopened Crates, Assets Never Used)

Each building previously valued at $34,000 in 2006. Each building was brand-new and complete when first issued to the defence Department in the late 60's prior to being sold, and are now up for Auction.

Some of the exterior timber crates holding the prefabricated buildings are beyond repair but the equipment inside should be in reasonable to good condition.

Each prefab building comes with a set of plans and assembly instructions with all necessary nuts, bolts and componentry originaly provided inside each crate.

Transport & Lifting - Each building is comprised of 6 crates with a total weight of 27.5 tonne approx. A flat bed semi tralier is requried to transport the crates and a crane is required for loading. All collection and transport is the buyers responsibility and no lifting facilities are available onsite.
