Picking up your purchase
Goods may be collected by the purchaser or by an authorised agent, such as a courier.
Before goods can be released:
Goods cannot be released until payment and collection requirements have been confirmed.
Packing and freight assistance
Shipping is not automatically available for every item. Available options depend on the item's size, weight, type and location.
Please contact our office if you require assistance with packing, freight or arranging collection by a courier.
Any applicable packing, handling, freight or courier costs will be advised or quoted before arrangements are confirmed.
Buyers may also arrange their own courier, provided the collection requirements on this page and any sale-specific conditions are met.

The purchaser or collecting agent must present the Auctioneer's invoice when collecting.
Buyers are responsible for providing suitable transport, restraints, protective materials, tools and assistance required to safely remove their purchases unless other arrangements have been confirmed.

Timber packs, deliveries and collections requiring forklift work are not available on Mondays at our Woodville North premises.
