Tasting Notes

This is my original style GSM and it will appeal to the traditional enthusiast. The focus is on old vine Grenache (71%) and I've let the vineyard do the talking with minimal oak maturation. It's an honest, down to earth style with wide appeal for its robust flavour and smooth mellow tannins. It has a solid mouth feel and earthy, spicy flavours, distinctive of the McLaren Vale region.
