For 2009 sees a mix of 80% Shiraz and 20% Merlot. The heatwave that swept across the state in January saw the demise of our small cabernet Crop. The resulting wine rigion on the Limestone Coast has great merlot fruit sweetness combining with mid palate structure and length from the shiraz. This 400 case bottling is drinking well now and will reward those allow IT time to breathe.
