This unfiltered cider is cloudy and full bodied, striking a balance between crisp fruit, yeast complexity and fresh acidity. Showing fresh custard apple notes with hints of light flakey pastry, a textured mouthfeel and granny smith acidity that leads to a dry and refreshing finish.
While this batch is past its labelled ‘best before’ The hills Cider team have assessed the quality and flavour and have found it to be drinking fresh with well-integrated characters.
