These items are used, may not be complete, damaged, and are presented for sale strictly as scrap, and unfit for re-use, unless repaired and Certified fit for use by an Independent service provider holding formally recognised qualifications to do so, and in accordance with WHS legislation and regulations. Bidders are reminded of their obligations under the Work health and Safety Act and regulations (2012) and other formal requirements associated with the use of plant and machinery that could be used in a workplace.
The items in this Lot will only be released to the purchaser upon their signing of a Release and Acknowledgement Form confirming acceptance of the conditions of sale and a declaration of an acknowledgement of the condition of the goods and their obligations in relation to WHS referred to herein.
