Concept 2 Rower, with pm 3 Console, Recently Reconditioned, IRP $1700
This item is from the Adelaide Aquatic Centre and appears to be in excellent physical condition and has been kept in Good order and was operational at the time of removal, arising from the closure of the facility.
The Concept2 has long been recognised by rowers as the standard for indoor training. IT delivers an effective cardiovascular workout that increases fitness levels and exercises every major muscle group. IT is the same machine used by Olympic- and elite-level athletes to train for their sports, but can be used by everybody, no matter what workout experience you're after.
