Winery Experience
Situated in the Adelaide Hills wine region in South Australia, Perrini Estate is a small, family owned premium wine producer.
Prior to starting Perrini Estate wines and vineyards, Tony and Connie had an extensive retailing background in South Australia. This has provided them with a strong sense of customer service, high work ethic and business knowledge that is crucial when managing and growing a successful wine business.
However, the lure of making wine was strong for Tony Perrini. Born in Italy and migrating to Australia in 1959, Tony stems from a family that made wine for generations and was part of everyday life. It was his dream to own a winery and produce wines, especially full flavoured red wines, utilising tradtional winemaking techniques.
In 1997 they purchased a 35-acre property nested in the Adelaide Hills, just east of the McLaren Vale wine region. They sold their retail business to begin full time in their new venture, Perrini Estate Wines.
Perrini Estate is a privately owned, family business. Through maintaining direct control over the business and its future, great emphasis is placed on providing commitment and service to their customers and producing premium wines.
