Our Heathcote Shiraz comes from vines situated on the ancient volcanic greenstone soil which gives this wine it
’s unique structure.The wine has a bright purple hue along with a vibrant, lifted aromatic profile of dark berries and some white pepper.
The palate shows some black plum flovours which are given a subtle lift of from the French and Amercian oak, resulting I a well balance wine full of restrained power.
This Heathcote Shiraz is a great accompaniment to all red meats, robus casseroles and game dishes.
